Founded in 1893, Poole Hockey Club is one of the UK’s oldest hockey clubs, proudly offering fun, competitive and inclusive hockey for all ages and abilities.
With more than 150 members aged 5 to 70+, we’re a vibrant community built on teamwork, development and a genuine love of the game. We offer high‑quality coaching, competitive league hockey and social playing opportunities in a friendly, supportive environment.
Senior Hockey
Our senior teams cater for all players aged 13+. We run three men’s and two women’s teams, playing in a range of leagues and cup competitions throughout the South Central area.
Junior Hockey
We are passionate about the development of our junior players, bringing hockey to children aged 5 - 12. Once players turn 13 they are supported and encouraged to join our senior teams.
Our junior teams take part in monthly tournaments across Dorset, giving players the chance to grow their skills, build confidence and develop a lifelong love of hockey.
