All accidents or injuries that occur during any Poole Hockey Club organised activity must be recorded using the Incident Report Form below. This should be completed by the main point of contact for that activity, for example the team captain for matches or the coach for coaching sessions.
Incidents At Ashdown Leisure Centre
First aid should be provided by Ashdown Leisure Centre staff, any injured person should go directly to reception so they can administer care.
If immediate action is required on the pitch, for example to stop heavy bleeding, first aid kits are available at the pitch for essential intervention. Ashdown must then be informed so they can log the incident - they prefer to administer first aid themselves to ensure they have a full record of the treatment given.
